Benny first began to embrace being in front of an audienced at an early age. From his breakdancing days on the inner-city streets of Chicago, 5 year scholarship recipient with the Ensemble Español Spanish Dance Theatre, to majoring in performing arts at Lincoln Park Highschool, Benny has been called to centerstage.
At the age of 19, Benny felt an even greater call to speak to audiences and communicate messages that would inspire and empower life transformation. Benny continued to develop his creative gift as a communicator by speaking on topics of leadership, personal development, and faith as a youth minister. While in college, Benny traveled all throughout the inner-city and Chicagoland area educating in High Schools to thousands of students on character development.
Upon becoming national speaker on leadership development, Benny expanded his audience reach to target corporate, and small businesses owners.
With over 100k reached, Benny continues to speak on stages at conferences, business events, VIP Masterminds, and through social media content.

Benny is an empowering professional speaker, and highly sought-out ICF certified international Executive coach who incorporates storytelling and communication to help people excel in their personal and professional development.
As the Founder and CEO of That Coaching Guy Inc. and (Co-Founder) of The Build and Grow Company. (2023), Benny brings over 25+ years of professional speaking, coaching, training, and development delivering expertise services to companies, leaders, executives, business owners, and their teams.
For the past 12 years, Benny has been mastering the art of coaching by delivering over 2000 client sessions and 20k hours of training deliverables.

Benny holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University, coaching training & certifications with Neighborworks, Central College of New Mexico, Coaching Training Institute (CTI) as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and accreditation with International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
